I currently work in the nursing home industry and bought this book for my boss. Upon reading it, he was very impressed with the book's contents as it really does tell you what to expect when visiting a nursing home. We are currently passing the book around the office to all gain the knowledge the book has to offer.
I just downloaded this book, started reading and couldn't put it down. It's such a fun read that's witty and informative. I highly recommend it to residents, their families and anyone working in the healthcare industry.
