There is much more to this book than diet though. There are really good chapters about water intake, sunlight and breathing. As well as information about handling stress and keeping a balanced life. I found it helpful and encouraging. It is a good read even if you have been around healthy eating healthy living books before as the buried gems are not commonly taught and very helpful.
