I have been screening these books for my caregiver father, and have found this to be the most useful, detailed and comprehensive. This book is a must! (Try "Your Name is Hughes Hannibal Shanks", by Lela Knox Shanks, along with this one, for a more personal insight, and I don't think you'll need any other books on the subject.)
The is an excellent book for any caregiver of an Alzheimer's patient. I have bought a number of these books and given them to friends/acquaintances who were caregivers. I purchased this one for a friend whose husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. It was of tremendous help to my family when my father was diagnosed a number of years ago.
