If you're curious about honey and why preserving the honey bee population is important, this is a quick read you should flip through. The author certainly did their homework. Although I wish the book would have been written in a slightly less clinical manner, and that the author would have done a better job citing their sources, I found this book to be very interesting. It was full of all sorts of different honey facts. I was most impressed with the section that described the different classifications of honey.The book also has some recipes for foods and beauty products I want to try out.
