I have heard about re-mineralizing teeth naturally and the book provides a good guide for the process. The book provides practical formulas or remedies, "the types of remedies presented include nutritional, herbal, mineral and other alternative remedies. Unfortunately, there is very little mainstream scientific research on alternative dental remedies, so we must rely largely on folk lore and what is called "anecdotal" evidence."

This book is an easy read, but is packed with useful and practical information. I took pages of notes, and will be putting some of her ideas into practice right away. I've spent hours of time looking for this information on the internet, but this book has it all in one place. I wish I would have found this book two months ago!

I read this book because I was having dental problems and I'd read root canals are unsafe. I've had a few root canals already and didn't want to add to the problem. This book gives practical information in a very easy to understand way. I love this book and follow the practices and my teeth are getting stronger.

This is an interesting book. I have not totally finished it, but it gives natural remedies for even tooth whitening, and shows that teeth can really heal themselves. Now, that's one of the dentists. Interesting.
