My very strong recommendation is that the author find a competent proofreader or copyeditor to go over the text with a fine-tooth comb to correct the countless errors, like using 'it's' when 'its' is needed and vice-versa (throughout), punctuation errors, spelling errors, and plain old grammar mistakes. All can be easily and painlessly corrected--but as the text now stands, these mistakes take away from the overall usefulness and credibility of the information.Short book, read in about 90 minutes. Just enough to whet your appetite. Would have appreciated some sources for further research as she frequently recommended.This is a great introduction to home remedies. I am a firm believer that drugs and surgeries are way over prescribed. If you are looking to reconnect with mother nature, this may be a good place to start.Most of know there are healthy options... and not so healthy ones--we just don't always know which is which... and besides, knowing doesn't mean doing.
In this concise book you'll get a good overview of the options you have at home to help with all sorts of ailments and to help with your overall health and well being. Its well written, filled with valuable (health promoting) information and makes "doing health" at home a whole lot easier!I have read a few of these natural remedies before, yet I am happy that I have just read more detailed information on some of these remedies. Since it is seed starting time I can now add some of these. Good information and so very easy to read. Thank you.
