
I enjoyed this book immensely and I believe it has enabled me to improve: my body posture, walking ability, flexibility and endurance. I highly reccomend this book for all women and especially those over 40... Learn to understand your body and maximize it's vitality as you age.

I found this book to be incredibly useful in my daily life. The author provides insight, instruction and specific exercises which enable the reader to become more aware of his/her body and to help eliminate pain. I have referred the book to many of my friends and they also have experienced positive results. It is a masterpiece for women beggining the aging process.

I've had this book since 1996; it sits on my nightstand almost as a reference. Pamela Free is like a good friend who is sharing her approach to making friends with your body. She trained with Moshe Feldenkrais among her many experiences and incorporates all her experiences into her approach.
