Naturally Fit: You can Get in Shape and Stay in Shape by working out at home and walkingWalter Walter has hit a home run in his latest book.

The man with the plan is Walter Walter, who is a fitness enthusiast and scientist. I read his The Chemistry of Food and Weight Loss Book too.

It appears he is specializing in basic information for those that are starting out with fitness and weight loss as Naturally Fit is a very good but very basic book. I would like for him to do a more advance book on the topic.

In any case, I believe he has a knack of breaking stuff down to make sense to a layman like me and he clearly employs simple thinking which I love! Overall I am pleased especially with the walking section so I will recommend this book.

The main idea behind this book is that getting fit does not have to require intricate exercise routines or strenuous workouts at a gym. We all have the capacity to stay fit naturally the way nature intended us to by using our own bodies.

This is another simple book by Walter Walter that I enjoyed. There is something to be said about reading basic information that actually works. Will share my copy of this book and offer advice to my friends so I'm not selling this one back to amazon.
