My next door neighbor could have written this book. I thought there'd be documentation or statistics backing up the claims here. Not so. I love books and usually find something useful but this is one book I should have flipped through first. I would have placed it back immediately.

Nice tips but a bit limited with some too well known facts.Nothing bad to say about this book, contains some very nice tips .

Too limited for many subjects for example hypertension: no other tips? Are these not well known already?

Don't loose anything by purchasing this book but their are many more books in this field with more information.

Maybe the price should be lower because of this.
