This book is a wonderful resource for those wishing an introduction to Reiki to determine their interest in taking a class. I've just finished my Master Level class in Reiki and will probably make it "required reading" for any classes I teach. It gives many practical suggestions for incorporating Reiki into our busy lives and also pairing it with some exercises in meditation. A good description of the basics of treating oneself and others, it is also laid out beautifully! A must have for any Reiki Library, and sized to take along wherever you go. This is an extraordinary book that I find myself coming back to again and again. It has many easy, effective reiki routines. I bring this book to work with me as a reminder to use reiki when i feel frazzled or out of it. LOVE IT

The title says "Easy Self Treatments" but all the photos on "Look Inside" show someone performing Reiki on another person. I am too confused to buy the book.
