I am currently a reflexology student. I can see myself recomending this book to all of my clients. This book is exactly what it says, a busy persons guide to reflexology. Though it does explain (with amazing photos) how to perform a reflexology session on the feet, the emphasis is on self treatment of the hands. A quick flip through the book will show you what reflexes to work for mentrual cramps, motion sickness, fatigue, headaches, sinusitus, indigestion...the list goes on. It even has helpful hints for what essential oils would be helpful for different ailments. This is a fabulous book for self treatment in between regular reflexology sessions and could potentially make your need for professional treatments less frequent.

After only two days of doing the hand massage I noticed a dramatic difference in the appearance of my hands. They looked younger! I am a singer and I have noticed that my breathing seems to be more relaxed and better coordinated while I am singing. I have not been able to do much about the foot massage so I can not comment about that but I do like the hand massage, I've been doing it for about a month now.
