I am on my second time going through this book. It is a great guide to detoxing your body and mind. I have tried other books and methods but Blasucci makes it very clear and easy to follow. I did not feel overwhelmed and felt that the information was easy to follow. The recipes at the end of the book are tasty and a good example of the wholesome food that the author recommends. Enjoy!

I'm on my 2nd time through the book ... this time, instead of just reading it I'm treating it like Loa's boot camp, working a chapter a week. Still early in the program, I'm finding it to truly be life changing. All Health's Breaking Loose holds my keys for perpetual youth.
