The only suggestions I would give on this book are a hardness scale what exercises are best for beginners; more detail on the squats and lunges so a person knows how to do them right; and it would be nice to put the index of exercises in the front of the book.

There are some amazing exercises in this book. If you don't have any medical issues you can do them. But I'm not able to do any exercises that require me to use my arms and hands for support.
